Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is considered final.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pillowtalkgame.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, the following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or unopened products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies under our damaged or incorrect item policy, a replacement will be issued instead.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
